Secure-the-building modes have been lifted at both Nokesville Elementary School and Brentsville District High School. All students and staff are safe. The secure-the-building protocol was implemented briefly during police activity in the area. |
Recent ActivityThe Joe 15 Team Club is a community service Club. Here you will learn about different organizations within our community and participate in hands on projects. We visit our friends at Quarry Station Senior Apartments the 1st Thursday each month to do various activities with them. We also visit the Transitional Housing Barn to provide them support. We have many exciting and fun projects. We meet in Science Room 2101 at 2:00. Meetings will be held at school the 3rd Thursday each month. Come learn how volunteering can be fun and rewarding. Group Announcements New River Community ProjectWe have adopted the charity "New River Community Project" where we will raise money to plant trees in the Amazon Rain Forest. Our goal is to raise $400 to plant a full acre of trees. Start working on those creative ideas about how we can raise the money.
Quarry Station Senior Apartments(October 6, 2011) We will be visiting our friends at Quarry Station Senior Apartments (8750 Quarry Road, Manassas). This will be great fun for everyone. 2:30-4:00pm
Transitional Housing Barn(October 27, 2011) We will visit the Transitional Housing Barn (9501 Linton Hall Road, Bristow). (November 11, 2011) We will help the Housing Barn with their Festival of Trees project. This is a Friday where there is no school so we'll meet there at 2pm.
